2.Fill Out the Form – Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.

3.Submit Your Application – Email a clear photo or scanned copy of the completed form to

4.Attach Proof of Payment – Membership fees can be paid via:

•E-transfer to

(Recommended)

•Personal Cheque payable to Pakistan Canada Association Edmonton

 

Terms & Conditions:

•Submission of the application does not guarantee approval.

•Membership is subject to review and approval by the PCAE committee.

•Incomplete applications or those without payment proof will not be processed.
