Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Pakistan Canada Association Edmonton (PCAE). Please follow the steps below to complete your membership application:

1.Download the Membership Form.

2.Fill Out the Form – Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.

3.Submit your application in person or email a clear photo or scanned copy of the completed      form to membership@pcaedmonton.ca

• E-transfer to

       (Recommended) Attach Proof of Payment
• Credit card payment in person at PCAE office.
• Cash payment for your personal form only to only the designated PCAE director. 

• Personal Cheque payable to Pakistan Canada Association of Edmonton, Alberta

 

Terms & Conditions:

• Submission of the application does not guarantee approval.

• Membership is subject to review and approval by the PCAE committee.

• Incomplete applications or those without payment proof will not be processed.
